She assists clients to make meaning of their experiences through focused exploration of thoughts and feelings, and to broaden coping skills in order to manage distress and make lasting change.
Jill works from a holistic framework and integrates a range of therapeutic approaches to provide short-term solution-focused work as well as longer-term insight-oriented psychotherapy. She values diversity and individual expression, and seeks to empower individuals in line with their valued life direction.
